RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Did you choose the wrong style or just totally changed your mind? No worries, we totally understand that these things happen. We also understand that buying online is hard and that some people like to purchase a couple of styles with the intention of returning one. If this is something that you are considering, easy peasy! We just ask you to quickly and carefully try it on to make up your mind, not take it for a test run to the pub.

FULL PRICED ITEMS

Any full priced item may be returned for an exchange, full refund or online credit within 14 days of receiving your order.

Any return must be unused, unworn, in its original packaging and will be fully inspected upon receival. We are unable to accept any return for change of mind if the item has been used, worn or damaged. If an item is found to be used, worn or damaged it will be posted back at the customer’s shipping expense. 

Please be aware that shipping for change of mind will not be refunded, and the customer must pay for the return shipping cost.

SALE ITEMS

Discounted or sale items can be returned for an exchange or online credit within 7 days of receiving your order.

Any return must be unused, unworn, in its original packaging and will be fully inspected upon receival. We are unable to accept any return for change of mind if the item has been used, worn or damaged. If an item is found to be used, worn or damaged it will be posted back at the customer’s shipping expense. 

Please be aware that shipping for change of mind will not be refunded, and the customer must pay for the return shipping cost.

We are very proud of our quality and our products and will make sure you are too!

Please remember that leather is a natural product and derived from animal hides. It is not manufactured to be perfect and can have minor variations in the colour or texture. This is why we love it!  It softens, ages, patinas and marks and eventually becomes a roadmap of your life. We hold quality control to a very high standard and any items with anything but minor imperfections will not be sent to our customers. If you receive a bag with a particular variation or patina that you do not like, just get in contact and we will see what we can do!
